* Develop and maintain professional relationships with all departments, programs and states. * Coordinate with Operational Leaders to determine the best time and place to conduct training. * Conduct in-person and virtual training that fits the needs of each program and services. * Assuring employees are trained and competent in all Vista Care's policies. * Training for new and existing employees and providing or arranging specialized training as it supports each specific Operational program. * Ensure the entry and maintenance of all training courses and data into Vista Care's learning management systems. * Ensure documentation of all training sessions conducted for new and existing employees. * Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise for Vista Care's training program/courses. * Monitoring training certifications and renewals with notifications to staff when necessary. * Assist with on-going training that supports Operations in programs. * Assist with efforts to develop staff retention strategies, including introduction of new training, mentorship programs, etc. * Treating employees, leadership and all individuals with dignity and respect, including honesty and communication. * Comply with company policies and procedures. This position is required to travel and must have the ability to conduct training sessions outside of typical business hours. This position works collectively across all departments and programs within Vista Care including states outside of Wisconsin. The Learning Leader is responsible to be an integral part of the company's onboarding and retention of employee initiatives as it relates to learning and development. Under the direction of the Learning and Development Director, or designee, the Learning Leader coordinates and implements the company's training and development curriculum for new hires and existing employees, including online courses. Location: Hybrid Illinois based, Ability to travel frequently with potential overnight stays across the Vista Care programs in Wisconsin Reports To: Learning and Development Director, or Learning and Development Specialist
